§1
Definitions

1. The Owner of website www.debowetarasy.pl is Dębowe Tarasy Limited Liability Company III Limited Partnership based in Warsaw, Prosta 70 Street, 00-838 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register administrated at the District Court for Warsaw City in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register at KRS number 0000272374, NIP 6342640036 (“Owner”).

2. The User is visitor of Dębowe Tarasy website („User”).

§2
General provisions

1. The Website is designed to inform the Users about current sales of apartments, to support the rental process and to maintain contact with the Users.
2. The User is obliged to use a Website in accordance with this regulations, applicable law, general rules of using the Internet network, the aims of the Website creating, and particularly in a manner compatibile with the rights of the Owner and other subjects.
3. In the case when the User violates Item no. 2, the Owner has the right to undertake all actions necessary for the compensation of loss due to the damages.

Responsibility for the content

1. The Owner makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate, complete and carefully prepared, however, it cannot be guaranteed and therefore he is not responsible for the consequence of use of presented data, particularly for any investment decisions taken on a basis of such information or for any loss or damages caused by taking such decisions.
2. The Website may provide links to third party Internet addresses. Here, the Owner does not take responsibility for its content. Only its operator is responsible for the content of these links.
3. All information presented as part of the Website (including visualizations, plans, drawings and prices) are for information purpose only and therefore does not constitute an offer in accordance with the Civil Code.

The right to use, copy and distribute material and information contained on the Website is subjected to the Regulations as of February 4, 1994 concerning the Copyrights and Related law (Consolidated Act as of 2006, No. 90, Item 631 as amended.).
